Abstract. In this paper we describe the using of Weka for extracting hidden rules and patterns in the collected statistics of emergencies in the Arkhangelsk region. Decision trees, built by means of methods J48 and Random tree, were used to find out hidden rules, which are very important for developing a mathematical model.
