DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY RECEPTION TINCTURE OF HERB BIDENS TRIPARTITA AND THE STADY OF ITS ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION

In this report we determined the optimal conditions technology of reception tincture of herb Bidens tripartite. There is method of maceration at room temperature, extractant is 50% ethanol, time of extraction is 48 hours, and the ratio of raw materials-extractant is 1:5. The exit of extractive substances and the amount of oxidation phenols was not less than 12% and 1.4%, respectively. In tincture of herb Bidens tripartita were identified 15 elements and was determined their quantitative content.
