Abstract.The core of the philosophy’s culture stands for the philosophy as a science of thinking. It reveals the actual issues of the relationship between the philosophy and the eventual public consciousness. In particular, it touches the area of whether the ordinary consciousness philosophy is needful, and should the philosophers hold the responsibility for the intellectual culture of ordinary social consciousness’ level or not.
