Аннотация. Рассматривается взаимосвязь эффективности системы управления в вузе и эффективностью его деятельности; субъекты образовательных отношений наиболее активно влияющих на политику вуза; формы участия преподавателей в управлении Вуза; отношение преподавателей к поколению ГОС ВПО; подготовке бакалавров, специалистов, магистров; тестированию студентов, к качественным характеристикам инновационного вуза.

Abstract. In this article it is considered the interrelation of the system effectiveness of management in the higher education institution and the efficiency of its activity; the subjects of the educational relations which the most actively influence the higher education institution policy; forms of participation of teachers in the higher education institution management; the relation of teachers to the generation of STATE VPO; to the process of training of bachelors, experts, masters; to testing of students, to qualitative characteristics of the innovative higher education institution.
