Аннотация. У статті подано аналіз міжнародного досвіду з питань трансформації системи освіти; визначено місце ІКТ-політики в здійсненні трасформаційних змін; запропоновано інструменти для розробки та рекомендації щодо застосування ІКТ-політики.
