CONTRIBUTION TO THE STUDY OF LEAN SIX SIGMA, A CASE STUDY IN AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS

The goal for this case study is to show the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology in the automotive electronics industry in Europe. This case study is oriented on showing the valuable addition of Lean Six Sigma and its influence on business results of the company as well as showing the improvement of the automotive electronics itself. Usage of Six Sigma and Lean Production methodologies are helping to achieve exclusive performance for the company.
