Аннотация. У статті йдеться мова про розробку та прийняття управлінських рішень в професійно-технічному навчальному закладі. Так як, управлінське рішення є однією з ключових категорій в управлінні педагогічною та управлінською діяльністю, тому була обрана саме така тема дослідження. Адже від характеру прийняття та реалізації управлінського рішення залежить ефективність навчально-виховного процесу у навчальних закладах, зокрема у професійно-технічних училищах.

Abstract. Article saying about, the development and adoption of the management decisions, in the vocational technical schools. As the management decision is one of key categories, in manage of pedagogical and management activity, is the main reason, why this theme have been chosen. Because the efficiency of teaching and educational process, in educational institutions especially, in vocational technical schools, depend of the temper, of admission, and realization of management decision.
