TO THE PROBLEM OF REALIZING THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Аннотация. У роботі розглядається поняття права інтелектуальної власності, зміст ст.41 Основного Закону України та аналогічні положення цієї статті в Конституціях іноземних держав.

Abstract. In this paper we are studied the notion of «the right to intellectual property», the content of the Article 41of the Constitution of Ukraine and the analogical provisions of this Article in the Constitutions of the foreign countries.
