Аннотация. В статті на основі відповідного моделювання розглядаються підходи до порівняльного аналізу складових результативності наукової та науково-технічної діяльності країн як складової частини інноваційної діяльності (на прикладі Білорусі, Казахстану та України) з урахуванням паритету купівельної спроможності (ПКС). Для аналізу використано статистичні дані Всесвітнього Банку за валовим внутрішнім продуктом (ВВП) з урахуванням ПКС, національні рахунки цих країн, а також авторські моделі результативності та відповідні вартісні показники складових частин результативності будь-якого економічного процесу, котрі розглядалися в опублікованих нами раніше роботах. Встановлено, що методику застосування цих показників для порівняльного аналізу результативності діяльності, котра досліджується (апробовану на прикладі Білорусі, Казахстану та України), можна використати на практиці з метою приросту знань про дієвість діяльності.

Abstract. In the article on the basis of appropriate modeling the approaches to comparative analysis of the components of efficiency for scientific and scientific and technical activities of countries as constituent of innovative activity have been considered (at the example of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine) with a glance of purchasing power parity. For analysis statistical date of Word Bank by gross domestic product of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine by purchasing power parity, national accounts these countries; author's models of efficiency and appropriate money indicators of ingredient parts of efficiency of any economic process have been used. These models and money indicators have been considered in published before papers. Efficiency of process have been defined in the article in innovative interpretation: it have been described by the scale product (by the quantitative component) and by the effectiveness (by the qualitative component) of the process simultaneously. It is established, that methods of application of these indices to comparative analysis of efficiency of the examined activity (which have been approved at the example of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine) can be applied at practice for the purpose of increase of knowledge about force of activity.
