Abstract. Studies the feasibility of systematic and synergetic approach to the management of the development of oil and gas companies of the corporate structure as a complex economic systems with non-linear changes in the long-term economic development and serednotryvaloho. It is shown that this development is accompanied by uncertainty, nonequilibrium, the presence of phase and structural transitions. The attention that the system-synergetic approach makes it possible to identify the mechanisms of synergistic effects in order to increase the potential synergistic development of oil and gas companies.
