In this work the investment risk, which is the most important parameter in shaping the region's investment attractiveness. Forming his group noneconomic factors includeм in additionо they are difficult to direct measurement and comparison. Reducing the predictability and certainty of economic environment marked by many research workersя increases the sensitivity of the investment market to non-economic processes and the need to pay more attention to this group of factors.
