У даній доповіді розглядається реалізація гуманістичних ідей педагогічної системи видатного вітчизняного педагога А.С.Макаренка. В основу авторської педагогічної теорії та практики якого покладено ідею колективного виховання; оптимізм та гуманізм у ставленні до дітей, віра в людину, її можливості; принцип паралельної дії; виховання шляхом поєднання навчання і праці (трудового виховання); розкриття таланту, розвитку здібностей, задоволення інтересів особистості.
Ключові слова: гуманізм, гуманістична педагогіка, гуманізація виховання і навчання, оптимізм, принцип трудового виховання, виховання в колективі принцип паралельної дії.
In this report is examined ideas of the pedagogical system of prominent home teacher А.S. Makarenko is examined in the article. To the principles of author’s pedagogical theory and practices of whom is based the idea of collective education; optimism and humanism in the attitude to the children, faith in a person, in her abilities; the principle of the parallel action; education by the way of combination of studying and work (working education); disclosure of the talent, development of the abilities, satisfaction of the interests of the person.
