Аннотация. У даній статті досліджуються особливості формування каменя, із тампонажних цементів, модифікованих крентами для забезпечення ефекту пролонгованого самоармування структури. Вивчено особливості структуроутворення базового цементу ПЦТ І-100 з добавками високо та низько основного сульфофериту кальцію волокнистої морфології під час гідратації. Доказано, що кристали гідросульфофериту кальцію армують матрицю тампонажного цементного каменю, сприяючи покращанню технологічних властивостей, забезпеченню процесу ”самозаліковування“ його порушеної мікро-структури та досягненню ефекту пролонгованого самоармування.

Abstract. The paper deals with the investigations concerning the peculiarity of formation of the plugging cementstone, modified by crents with the aim to achieve the effect of the prolonged self-reinforcement of the structure. The features of the basic cement PC І-100structure formation with the additives of high-basic and low-basic calcium sulphoferrite of fibrous morphology have been studied. It has been proved that the crystals of calcium sulphoferrite are reinforcing the matrix of the plugging cement stone, improving by that the technological properties, providing self-healing process of its destroyed microstructure, and achieving the effect of the prolonged self-reinforcement.
