В данном докладе рассмотрены вопросы разработки методики проведения тендера на поставку продукции на предприятие.
Для эффективной работы предприятия необходим постоянный контроль за издержками производства. В условиях конкуренции поставщиков комплектующих изделий предприятие имеет возможность выбрать наиболее оптимальный вариант поставок. Для решения данной задачи возможно применение метода анализа иерархий.

In this report addressed the development of methodologies for conducting the tender for the supply of production at the enterprise. For effective work of the enterprise requires constant monitoring of the production costs. In the conditions of competition between suppliers of components the enterprise has the possibility to choose the most optimal variant of the delivery. For the solution of this problem is possible to apply the method of analysis of hierarchies.
