Аннотация. В статье рассмотрены особенности инноваций в строительстве и нормативное регулирование инноваций в современном законодательстве Украины, обоснован единый подход к трактовке понятия “инновации”, выделены требования к инновациям с позиции предприятий.

Annotation. The peculiarities of innovation in the construction and regulation of innovation in the modern legislation of Ukraine are learned in the article, the unified approach to the interpretation of the concept “innovation” is done, and also the requirements to innovate from a position of enterprises are allocated.
