Since the mid 90's nineteenth Lviv confidently confirms the new, original art direction - secession, which takes local color here, and it gets stronger with social consciousness [2, p.10]. Aspiration of art synthesis was leading the trend of art creators a new style. It is the creativity of teachers and graduates of the architectural department at Lviv Polytechnic identified secession face the city, and led to a profound architectural transformation of the urban environment [2, p.10]

Vladislav Sadlovskyy, one of the leading architects of this period, the design of the building laid principle of organic integrity, which meant us useful and beautiful, functional and aesthetic [2, p.45].
