third row of pages of text (upper right corner of the page, Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, bold) - names of authors (ONLY: Surname + initials)
fourth line of text pages (on the page, Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, bold, all caps) - the name of the text;
fifth line of text pages (on the page, Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, italic) - a place of work / study;
the sixth line of text pages - blank;
before the main text - abstract in Russian (Ukrainian) and English. language (2-3 Prop.), as well as keywords;
the main text - the width, font Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14

Registration figures, tables, formulas:
- Wrapping should be "in the text" (in menu MSWord: Format Picture / Position / Wrap / In the text).
Flowcharts should be a single pattern or schema objects - together (in the menu MSWord: select Drawing / Group)
Figure 1, "name" - below the figure, centered, font Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, bold
reference in the text - (Fig. 1)
"Table" - the right margin, font Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, bold.
Name the table - at the center, font Times New Roman (Cyr), size 14, bold
